Food is inevitably every human’s need, as the body needs it to function and carry out its activities such as breathing, powering your liver, powering your brain, your heartbeat, movement and basically all activities you carry out daily. Food provides calories and these calories are also referred to as energy, which the body uses to nourish itself and do its daily functions.
